RETURNS POLICY
Furniture
Unfortunately, we have a no returns policy as the products are shipped direct from outside the UK. The exception to this, is if your product is damaged.
Self-assembly or full/part assembly of products has taken place, therefore, please fully check your item prior to assembly. Any replacement of shortages to self-assembly products will be supplied free of charge.
Damaged/faulty items must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery where we can discuss collection.
Please ensure that any faulty products are returned in its original packaging.
Bespoke Cushions
If you have ordered Bespoke Cushions, please note there is a no returns policy. Contact us within 24hrs of your confirmation email to cancel. After this time all purchases are final. Most of our fabrics are completely natural therefore a slight variation in weave, cloth colour, unevenness or slubs are to be expected between batches. This is not considered a fault as is inherent of natural fabrics.
CB Collection
If you have purchased from the CB Collection, all returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Brand Selection
If you have purchased from our Brand Selection, please note there is a Restocking Charge. These items are ordered especially for you, so a returns stocking fee applies to the return of your order. All Cushions & Throws from Brand Selection: Casamance, Camengo, Romo ,Villa Nova, Black Edition, Kirkby, Jessica Zoob, Kyra Cane & Zinc (To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.) A Restocking Fee of 20% is applicable.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch within 24hrs of your order confirmation email. We have the right to cancel your order if the item is no longer available.
CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
We do not deliver in your area.
One or more of the goods you ordered was listed as the incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and will credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for consequential loss or disappointment suffered.
Damaged item
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48hours of delivery. After this time, we will not be able to send out a replacement or refund.
FAULTY ITEMS
Most of our fabrics are completely natural therefore a slight variation in weave, cloth colour, unevenness or slubs are to be expected between batches. This is not considered a fault as is inherent of natural fabrics. Pattern Placement, please note the actual cushion appearance may differ from product images shown on our website. Cushion panels are cut at random from the fabric, the pattern may not be placed the same on each cushion unless the cushions are a Bespoke Order.
The measurements of the Products are as accurate as possible.
We may offer some of our products in bespoke sizes. The final dimensions of the finished Product will be within a 2.5% tolerance of the requested measurements from your order.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for an item, please press the exchange button to send an email.
return shipping
Returned items are to be sent at your own expense. CushionBANK cannot be responsible for lost or damaged deliveries. We suggest sending your returned items using a Tracked or Signed For service.
