DELIVERY TO UNITED KINGDOM ONLY

Delivery times and process will be agreed when your order is accepted but please contact us for an estimate.

Order times may vary dependant on items and stock at our suppliers.

We deliver to all mainland areas within the UK.  Deliveries to most UK mainland locations.

Please let us have any special delivery requirements at the time of placing your order, so that we can liaise with you and, if necessary, provide appropriate instructions to logistics.

Please also bear in mind, when ordering assembled items, that you should measure accurately prior to delivery any door frames and stairwells and driveways. It is also your responsibility to ensure that all access and entrances to your property and rooms are clear. 

Please be advised that whilst every care will be taken by the delivery team, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur to your property or possessions whilst your assembly and/or delivery is in progress. Please therefore take care to cover your carpets or furniture or floor covering or wooden floors with sufficient protection to accommodate the assembly/delivery process.  Please remove pictures and valuables from the delivery area.

Cushions from our CB Collection will be delivered within 7 working days, if you need it sooner, please email us and we will try and post urgently.

Items from Brand Selection will depend on each Brands policy, Romo, Villa Nova, Black Edition, Kirkby, Jessica Zoob, Kyra Cane & Zinc, 7 days. Casamance & Camengo may take slightly longer as being sent from France. If you purchased multiple products, they may arrive with you in different deliveries.

Whist we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries because of Carrier actions which are beyond our control.

All items are sent via a courier and will need to be signed for. You, the customer, is considered the owner of Goods once they leave us. If returning goods, for any reason, proper packaging is required. We do not bear any responsibility for damage to Goods due to the return shipment by you. We reserve the right to charge for the return of Goods if a refund has been granted and you fail to return the Goods.

delivery lead times for Bespoke Cushions

Custom made items will take longer due to the allowance of making time. The current lead time on bespoke cushions is 6-8 weeks. We will contact you when your item has been completed to arrange delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGE

Delivery charges are estimated on weight. Small parcels (cushion covers without pads) to UK mainland is £6.50. Large parcels (cushions with pads) is £14. Furniture deliveries start at £225.
